Should I buy one track or subscribe?Pay per track for occasional projects; subscribe when you need music regularly.

An individual purchase is usually best when you need one or two specific tracks and do not want recurring billing. A subscription provides full-library access and unlimited downloads while it is active.

Tracks properly downloaded under either option receive the licence described in the site terms. Compare the current prices and inclusions on the Pricing page before ordering.

Link to this answer
Do I need an account? You can browse without one, but an account is required to check out and access protected downloads.

You may browse and preview the catalogue while signed out. Checkout and protected downloads require an account so your orders, files, licences and any subscription can be kept together.

Use the same email address each time to avoid splitting purchases across different accounts.

What currency are prices shown in?The store is priced in pounds sterling (GBP).

Prices on No Kings Music are shown in pounds sterling (£/GBP). If your card or PayPal account uses another currency, your payment provider may convert the amount and may apply its own exchange rate or fee.

The final amount presented at checkout is the amount to review before placing the order.

Link to this answer
How much does No Kings Music cost?Current pricing is displayed on the Pricing page and at checkout.

The site currently offers individual tracks, a monthly plan and a yearly plan. Prices can change, so use the Pricing page and the checkout total as the current source rather than an older screenshot or message.

Is No Kings Music connected with the No Kings political movement? No. It is an independent music brand and is not affiliated with that movement.

No Kings Music is an independent music brand. The name is a play on “royalty-free” music and is not a statement of political affiliation or an association with the No Kings political movement.

Where can I ask a question that is not covered here?Use the Contact Us page and include enough detail for support to answer accurately.

Send your question through the Contact Us page. For an order problem, include the order number and account email. For licensing, describe the finished project, where it will appear, whether it is monetised and whether it is for you or a client.

Never send a password, complete card number or card security code.

Link to this answer
What licence do I receive?A lifetime, non-exclusive licence to use the track in covered finished projects.

A completed individual purchase or qualifying subscription download gives you permission to use that track under the applicable No Kings Music terms. The standard offer is non-exclusive: other customers can license the same music.

You receive usage rights, not ownership of the composition, recording or copyright. If a help answer conflicts with the applicable licence or Terms of Service, the formal terms control.

Link to this answer
What does royalty-free mean? You do not pay ongoing usage royalties for projects covered by your valid licence.

Royalty-free describes the payment model; it does not mean copyright-free or public domain. No Kings Music retains its intellectual-property rights while your licence permits the uses set out in the terms.

Link to this answer
What does non-exclusive mean?Your licence remains valid, but other customers may use the same track.

Non-exclusive licensing does not reserve the track for one customer and does not transfer ownership. You may encounter the same music in another creator’s work without either customer infringing the other’s valid licence.

Link to this answer
Do I own the music after buying it?No. You buy permission to use the music, not its copyright or master recording.

No Kings Music retains ownership of the music. You must not claim to be the composer or owner, register the track as your own, or present your licence as an exclusive transfer of rights.

Link to this answer
Can I use the music commercially?Yes. Covered commercial, monetised, business and client projects are permitted.

Examples include monetised videos, advertisements, branded content, podcasts, websites, apps and work delivered to clients. The music must form part of a wider finished project and must not be resold or distributed as a standalone music file.

Link to this answer
Can I use the music for a client?Yes. You may incorporate properly licensed music into a finished project made for a client.

Freelancers, agencies, editors and production companies may deliver the completed project to their client. Do not give the client the raw track as a reusable asset or imply that the client owns the music exclusively.

If the client needs the track for unrelated future work, they should obtain their own licence.

Link to this answer
Can I use one track in more than one project?Yes. A properly licensed track may be reused in multiple covered projects.

The licence described by the current site FAQ allows use in existing and future covered projects. This does not allow you to build a downloadable music library for other people or redistribute the raw file.

Link to this answer
Can I use a track for more than one client?Yes, when you create separate finished projects and retain the licence yourself.

You may use the track across covered client productions. Each delivery must be a finished project, not a transfer of the reusable source music. A client who wants independent access to the track for other work should obtain a separate licence.

Link to this answer
Can my editor or collaborator access the music file?Only share access as needed to produce the licensed finished project.

A collaborator may need the working file to edit your covered project, but it must not become part of their general music library or be reused independently. You remain responsible for keeping the source file controlled and for ensuring collaborators do not redistribute it.

Contact support before setting up broader team or multi-user library access.

Link to this answer
Do I need to credit No Kings Music?Credit is appreciated but not required for paid tracks; free tracks normally require it.

For a paid track or subscription download, attribution is optional. For a track specifically offered free, use Music by No Kings Music and link to the website where practical, unless that track states different conditions.

Link to this answer
Can I trim, loop, fade or edit a track?Yes. You may adapt the music to fit your finished production.

You can make timing, level and structural edits such as cuts, loops and fades. You cannot turn an edit, remix, stem or altered version into a standalone music product for sale, licensing or redistribution.

Link to this answer
Can I combine the music with voice-over, dialogue or sound effects?Yes. Combining it with other elements is a normal use in a finished project.

You may mix the track beneath narration, dialogue, ambience and sound effects. The result must remain a genuine wider production rather than a lightly disguised way of redistributing the music itself.

Link to this answer
Can I sell a video template or editable project containing the music? Not when the customer can extract or reuse the supplied music file.

The licence covers finished projects, not redistribution of source music inside a template, theme, project file or downloadable asset pack. Rendered previews may be acceptable, but include the reusable track only if you have written confirmation for that distribution model.

Contact support with the exact marketplace and delivery format before publishing.

Link to this answer
Can I resell or redistribute the track? No. The raw music cannot be sold, shared, sublicensed or offered for separate download.

Do not add the track to another stock library, music pack, sample pack, download bundle, file-sharing service or customer asset library. The music must be incorporated into a covered finished project.

Link to this answer
Can I register the music or my project with Content ID?Do not register the No Kings Music track itself or create claims against other legitimate users.

You must not register the track as your copyright or use a rights-management system in a way that claims ownership of the underlying music. If a distributor automatically requires Content ID registration, ask it to exclude the music or contact support before proceeding.

Link to this answer
Can I upload the music to an AI system?Using the raw track to train, clone or build a music model is not covered by the standard guidance.

Do not upload No Kings Music source files for model training, voice or music cloning, dataset creation or generation of substitute tracks. Using licensed music in the soundtrack of an otherwise AI-assisted finished video is a different use and may be covered, provided all other licence conditions are met.

Contact support for any workflow that gives an AI service reusable access to the source audio.

Link to this answer
Can I get exclusive rights? Not through the standard catalogue; tracks are licensed non-exclusively.

The normal catalogue does not remove a track from sale or prevent previous or future customers from licensing it. Contact support if you need custom composition or another arrangement, but do not assume exclusivity unless it is agreed in writing.

Link to this answer
What proof of licence should I keep?Keep the order, account licence record and track details with your project paperwork.

Your My Account area links a downloadable track to an order or subscription record and shows a licence reference. Save the order confirmation and licence details, along with the project name and publication date, in case a client or platform later asks for evidence.

Link to this answer
What uses are prohibited?Do not redistribute, resell, claim ownership of or unlawfully use the music.
  • Do not share or sell the standalone audio file.
  • Do not claim you composed or own the track.
  • Do not register the track as your copyright or generate claims against other users.
  • Do not place it in a stock library, sample pack, template or download product where it can be extracted.
  • Do not imply exclusive ownership or endorsement by No Kings Music.
  • Do not use the site or music for unlawful purposes.
Link to this answer
What types of content can I use No Kings Music tracks in?Almost any lawful personal, commercial or client production can be covered.

Typical uses include videos, livestreams, social posts, podcasts, audiobooks, films, television, radio, adverts, websites, presentations, games, apps, trailers and client work. The music must be part of a wider finished project and must not be resold or distributed by itself.

Link to this answer
Can I use No Kings Music for personal projects?Yes, a valid licence can cover non-commercial personal work.

You may use properly licensed music in personal videos, family films, portfolios, hobby projects and similar finished productions. Buying for personal use still does not transfer copyright or permit sharing the source music.

Link to this answer
Can a business, charity or organisation open an account?Yes, provided an authorised person controls the account and billing.

Use an email address the organisation can retain and enter accurate billing details. Decide internally who may download files and keep the login, orders and licence evidence under appropriate control.

Link to this answer
Is No Kings Music available outside the UK?The website may be used internationally where checkout and the intended use are lawful.

Availability of payment methods and currency conversion varies by country and provider. You are responsible for local laws, platform rules, taxes and any classification requirements that apply where the project is produced or released.

Link to this answer
Can I try the catalogue before I buy?You can browse, search and play previews before purchasing.

Use previews to test creative fit. A preview is not a licensed production file, so do not publish, record or extract it for use in a project.

Link to this answer
Where can I read the legal terms and privacy information?Use the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy linked on the website.

The Terms of Service govern purchases and licences, while the Privacy Policy explains personal-data handling. Read the versions presented when you order and keep a copy with important project records.

Link to this answer
What happens if a Help Centre answer conflicts with the Terms of Service? The applicable formal terms take priority.

Help articles explain the standard service but cannot amend a contract or create a special licence. If wording appears inconsistent, pause the intended use and contact support for clarification before publishing.

Link to this answer
Can product-specific conditions differ from these general answers?Yes, a product page or written agreement may contain specific conditions.

Check the track page, checkout, licence record and any written agreement attached to the transaction. A specific restriction or permission for that product takes priority over general guidance.

Link to this answer
When does my licence begin? It begins when the qualifying purchase or subscription download is properly completed.

A cart item, favourite, preview or failed order is not a licence. Keep the completed order or download record showing when and how the track was obtained.

Link to this answer
How long does the licence last? The standard licence for a properly obtained track is described as lifetime and non-exclusive.

The track may continue to be used in covered projects after the original purchase or subscription ends, subject to the applicable terms and any product-specific condition. The underlying copyright remains with No Kings Music.

Link to this answer
Is the licence valid worldwide? The standard guidance is not limited to one named territory.

You may distribute covered projects internationally, but you remain responsible for local law, sanctions, platform rules, content classification and third-party clearances. Ask support about unusually regulated distribution.

Link to this answer
Who is the licensee? The purchasing account holder or identified organisation is the licensee.

Use accurate account and billing details. A licence is not automatically transferred merely because someone else receives the final project, pays an invoice or gains access to a file.

Link to this answer
Can my company use a track bought through my account?Usually when the purchase was genuinely made for that organisation and records identify it clearly.

Keep the order, billing details and project record together. For group-wide, multi-brand or multi-entity use, contact support rather than assuming one personal account covers every related company.

Link to this answer
Can several employees use the same downloaded track? They may access it only as needed for covered work under the licensee’s control.

Do not create an uncontrolled shared music library. Limit access to authorised staff and contractors, retain the source centrally, and prevent independent reuse outside the licensed organisation’s projects.

Link to this answer
Can I transfer a licence when I sell a project or business?A licence is not automatically transferable.

The finished project may continue to be distributed as permitted, but transferring reusable music rights, an account or source files can require written confirmation. Contact support with the transaction structure before completion.

Link to this answer
Can I use the music in educational work?Yes, covered finished lessons, school videos, courses and presentations are generally permitted.

The music must remain part of the educational production. Do not place the raw track in course downloads, student asset folders or teaching packs for unrestricted reuse.

Link to this answer
Can a charity or nonprofit use the music?Yes, lawful charity campaigns and productions can be covered.

Nonprofit status does not remove the need for a valid licence. Fundraising, promotional and monetised work should follow the same finished-project and no-redistribution rules.

Link to this answer
Can I use the music at a wedding, conference or live event? It may be synchronised into event media, but venue or public-performance obligations can be separate.

Your track licence covers the supplied music rights described in the terms. The venue, organiser or broadcaster may still need local public-performance, broadcast or collecting-society permissions.

Link to this answer
Does the licence include public-performance rights?Do not assume it replaces venue, broadcaster or collecting-society obligations.

Public performance and communication-to-the-public rules vary by territory and context. Ask the venue or relevant collecting society what it requires, and contact support if it needs rights information or a cue sheet.

Link to this answer
Do I need to submit a cue sheet?A broadcaster or production partner may require one.

Follow the delivery requirements for the film, programme or network. Use the track title and rights information from your order or licence record, and ask support for missing composer or publisher details.

Link to this answer
Can I use the music in physical products such as DVDs or USB releases?Rendered audiovisual projects can generally be distributed physically.

Do not include the standalone music file, an extractable source folder or a reusable music library on the product. For high-volume or unusual manufacturing, confirm the planned delivery format with support.

Link to this answer
Can I put the track in a compilation, playlist or DJ mix?Not when the music is distributed principally for listening as a standalone track.

The standard licence is for synchronisation into wider projects, not repackaging music into albums, playlists, continuous mixes or downloadable compilations. Ask support if spoken content or a genuine programme substantially changes the context.

Link to this answer
Can I sample the track in my own song? The standard finished-project licence does not grant a right to create and release a derivative song.

Do not sample, interpolate or remix the source into music you plan to distribute as your own recording without a separate written agreement. Editing for timing beneath a video is different from making a new music product.

Link to this answer
Can I use the track as hold music or ambient venue music?Standalone listening uses may require separate confirmation.

Telephone hold music, shop playlists and ambient venue playback are not the same as synchronising music into a finished production. Contact support and check local public-performance requirements before use.

Link to this answer
Can I create a ringtone, soundboard or audio download using the track? No, not where users receive or trigger the music as the product itself.

Ringtones, soundboards, audio packs and similar products redistribute or expose the music as a standalone asset. They require separate written permission.

Link to this answer
Can I use the music in an NFT or blockchain project?A rendered promotional or audiovisual project may be covered; tokenising the music or its rights is not.

Do not mint the track, claim ownership, grant buyers music rights or package the source file with a token. Contact support with the exact media and buyer deliverables before launch.

Link to this answer
Can I use the music in a white-label service for customers?Only when each customer receives a finished output and cannot access or reuse the source music.

A service that gives customers selectable or downloadable stock music can become redistribution or sublicensing. Describe the workflow, user controls and delivered files to support before offering it.

Link to this answer
Can I use the music in a logo, trademark or brand identity? You may synchronise it with branded content, but cannot claim exclusive rights in the track.

Because the licence is non-exclusive, the music cannot function as an exclusively owned audio trademark. Obtain specialist advice before attempting to register any sound-based mark.

Link to this answer
Can I use free tracks under the same conditions as paid tracks? Not necessarily; free tracks can carry an attribution or other specific condition.

Check the track page and download notice. Unless stated otherwise, credit free tracks as Music by No Kings Music and link to the website where practical.

Link to this answer
Can I remove a required credit later?Only if the applicable licence permits it or support agrees in writing.

Paid tracks normally do not require credit, while a free-track condition may remain part of the licence. Buying or subscribing later does not automatically rewrite an earlier free-track licence; obtain the paid version and keep its new record.

Link to this answer
Does a licence mean No Kings Music endorses my project? No. Permission to use music is not approval of a message, product or organisation.

Do not state or imply sponsorship, partnership, political support or endorsement. This is especially important for advertising, campaigns, sensitive subjects and adult content.

Link to this answer
Can I use the music in unlawful, deceptive or infringing content? No licence authorises illegal conduct or infringement of somebody else’s rights.

You are responsible for the legality of the production and distribution, including privacy, publicity, trademark, advertising and platform compliance. No Kings Music permission covers only the licensed music rights.

Link to this answer
Can support approve a special use in a chat or informal message?A material exception should be confirmed clearly in writing by an authorised person.

General support guidance does not transfer copyright or silently amend the licence. Describe the exact use and keep any written approval with the relevant order and project records.

Link to this answer
How do I find the right track?Search by the feeling, style, instrument or type of scene you need.
  1. Start with the intended mood or use, such as uplifting, tense, reflective or trailer.
  2. Narrow the catalogue with the available genre, mood, theme, BPM and duration filters.
  3. Preview several likely tracks against your edit.
  4. Save promising options to Favourites or a Project while comparing them.
Link to this answer
What can I search for?Try track titles, genres, moods, instruments, themes and project-style words.

Useful searches include a musical style (“acoustic”, “reggae”), a feeling (“hopeful”, “dark”), an instrument (“piano”, “guitar”) or a use (“podcast”, “documentary”, “advert”). If a long search gives no result, remove less important words and try the strongest one or two ideas.

Link to this answer
Can I preview a track before paying?Yes. Use the catalogue player to audition tracks before purchasing or downloading.

Catalogue previews let you assess the music before choosing it. A preview is for evaluation only: playing, saving or sharing a preview does not create a licence or provide the downloadable production files.

Link to this answer
What are BPM and duration?BPM describes tempo; duration is the full running time of the track.

BPM means beats per minute and helps you compare how fast a track feels. Duration is the track length. Both can help you shortlist music, but always listen to the preview because arrangements and perceived pace can differ even at a similar BPM.

Link to this answer
What are Favourites?Favourites are a personal shortlist of tracks you may want to revisit.

Use Favourites to save likely tracks while browsing. A favourite is not a purchase, download reservation or licence; you still need to complete the appropriate purchase or download while subscribed before using the music.

Link to this answer
What are Projects?Projects group candidate tracks around a particular client, video, episode or campaign.

Projects can help you organise a longer shortlist and keep different jobs separate. Adding a track to a Project does not buy it, reserve it or grant a licence.

Link to this answer
Does saving or previewing a track give me a licence? No. A licence comes from a completed purchase or a qualifying download during an active subscription.

Previews, Favourites, Projects and cart items are browsing tools only. Keep the completed order or subscription download record as evidence that the track was properly obtained.

Link to this answer
Can No Kings Music recommend a track for my project?Yes—send a concise brief so support can understand what you need.

Use the Contact Us page with the project type, desired mood, useful reference words, approximate duration and any instruments or styles to include or avoid. A recommendation can help you shortlist, but you should make the final creative and licensing decision.

Link to this answer
Can I combine several filters at once?Yes, but every added filter narrows the result set.

Start broadly, then add genre, mood, theme, BPM or duration one at a time. If no tracks remain, remove the least important filter rather than assuming the catalogue is empty.

Link to this answer
How do I clear my search and filters?Reset the catalogue or remove each active filter.

Clear the search field and any selected chips, ranges or dropdown values. Reloading the catalogue page can also restore its default view if a filter appears stuck.

Link to this answer
Do tracks contain vocals or lyrics?Check the preview and product details for the individual track.

Some music may include vocal textures or lyrics while other tracks are instrumental. Never assume an instrumental version exists unless it is listed in the supplied files.

Link to this answer
Are stems, loops or alternative versions included?Only files specifically listed for the track are included.

The standard download currently contains the advertised MP3 and WAV versions. Stems, cut-downs, loops or instrumentals are not promised unless the product page or archive explicitly includes them.

Link to this answer
How can I find tracks similar to one I like?Reuse its strongest genre, mood, instrument and tempo descriptors.

Note the tags or musical qualities that matter most, search those terms, and compare nearby BPM or theme filters. Support can suggest options when you provide the reference track and explain what you want to keep or change.

Link to this answer
How often are new tracks added? The catalogue can change, but no fixed release schedule is guaranteed.

Browse the newest catalogue entries and follow official announcements for additions. Do not base a deadline on an expected future track unless its release has been confirmed.

Link to this answer
Can a track be removed from the catalogue?Yes, catalogue availability can change.

A removed track may disappear from browsing or future subscription downloads. Keep a secure copy and licence evidence for tracks you properly obtained; contact support if an existing account download unexpectedly disappears.

Link to this answer
Does the preview have the same arrangement and duration as the download? It is intended to represent the track, but verify the product details before ordering.

Listen through the relevant sections and check the displayed duration. If an exact edit, ending or technical feature is essential, ask support before purchase rather than relying on an assumption.

Link to this answer
Can I request a genre, mood or feature that is missing?Yes, suggestions are welcome but do not guarantee production or a release date.

Send the style, mood, instruments, intended use and useful references through Contact Us. A request may inform future catalogue work; it is not a custom-composition order unless separately agreed in writing.

Link to this answer
Can I share a shortlist with a client or collaborator?Share track-page links or rendered previews of your edit, not downloadable source files.

A client can review public catalogue pages and previews. Favourites and Projects may be account-specific, and neither feature grants permission to distribute the production audio.

Link to this answer
Can I use the music on YouTube?Yes, including monetised videos and livestream productions.

You may use a properly licensed track as part of your finished YouTube content. Do not upload the music by itself, offer it as a download or register the underlying track in Content ID as your own.

Link to this answer
Will I receive a YouTube Content ID claim? No Kings Music tracks are not currently registered with YouTube Content ID.

You should not receive an automatic No Kings Music claim under the current policy. A third party or platform can still make a mistaken claim. If that happens, save the claimant name, claim reference, affected video URL and screenshots, then contact support with your order or licence details.

Link to this answer
What should I do if I receive a copyright claim?Preserve the claim details and your licence evidence before disputing it.
  1. Confirm that the claimed music is the track you licensed.
  2. Save the claimant name, reference, dates, video URL and screenshots.
  3. Locate the order or subscription download in My Account.
  4. Follow the platform’s dispute process using accurate licence information.
  5. Contact No Kings Music if you need supporting information.

A claim is not always the same as a copyright strike; read the platform notice carefully.

Link to this answer
Can I use the music on TikTok, Instagram or Facebook?Yes, as part of your own finished social content.

Licensed music may be used in posts, reels, stories, adverts and other finished content, subject to the platform’s own rules. Do not upload the full track as a standalone listening or download post.

Link to this answer
Can I use the music on Twitch or another livestream platform?Yes, when it forms part of your licensed stream or produced broadcast.

You may include the music in livestreams, waiting screens, intros and highlights. Keep your licence evidence and remember that automated platform systems can occasionally make mistakes. Do not run a standalone music stream that effectively republishes the library.

Link to this answer
Can I use the music in paid advertising?Yes. Paid adverts, branded content and promotional campaigns are covered uses.

You may use a licensed track in online, social, broadcast or client advertising as part of the completed advert. The licence does not give exclusive association between the track and your brand.

Link to this answer
Can I use the music in a podcast or audiobook?Yes, as an intro, outro, bed, transition or other part of the finished production.

The podcast, trailer, promotional clip or audiobook may be monetised. Do not publish the music as an isolated bonus track or provide the source audio to listeners.

Link to this answer
Can I use the music in a film, documentary or television programme?Yes. Properly licensed music may be synchronised into finished screen productions.

This includes films, documentaries, episodes, trailers and related promotion. Broadcasters, distributors or clients may ask for cue-sheet or licence information, so keep the track title, composer information shown by No Kings Music, order and licence record available.

Link to this answer
Can I use the music in a game or app?Yes, when the music is embedded in the finished game or application.

End users must not be able to extract or reuse the raw track as a separate asset. Source files shared with a development team must remain controlled and limited to producing the licensed project.

Link to this answer
Can I use the music on a website or in a presentation?Yes. It may accompany a website, event, presentation or other finished experience.

Use the music as part of the experience rather than offering the audio file for download. Consider visitor controls and accessibility when using autoplaying website audio.

Link to this answer
Can I release the music through Spotify, Apple Music or another music service? Not as a standalone track, cover, remix or music-first release.

The licence does not let you distribute No Kings Music recordings as your own music catalogue. A podcast, film soundtrack embedded in the audiovisual work or other genuinely wider production is different, but a distributor must not claim ownership of or register the underlying track.

Ask support before any music-service delivery that could treat the track as a separate recording.

Link to this answer
Can I use the music in adult, political or sensitive content?Lawfully produced content may be covered, but permission to use music is not an endorsement.

The published FAQ allows use in legally produced content at recognised age classifications, including adult classifications. The same core rule applies to political, religious or controversial subject matter: the production and distribution must be lawful, and you must not imply that No Kings Music endorses the message, organisation or participants.

Contact support if the context could create a rights, safety or reputational ambiguity.

Link to this answer
Can I monetise a YouTube video containing the music?Yes, monetisation is normally covered when you hold a valid licence.

Use the track as part of your own video and keep the order or licence reference. Do not upload the music by itself or enrol it in a rights system that could claim other legitimate users.

Link to this answer
Can I use one licensed track on several YouTube channels?Yes, for channels and covered productions controlled by the licensee.

Keep evidence linking each publication to the licence. Client-owned or unrelated third-party channels should receive only the finished production, not reusable source audio.

Link to this answer
Can I use the music in YouTube Shorts or social Reels and Stories?Yes, short-form video is a covered type of finished content.

Upload the rendered video rather than the standalone music. Platform detection can still make mistakes, so retain your licence evidence and the post URL.

Link to this answer
Can No Kings Music whitelist my channel?Channel whitelisting is not promised or normally necessary.

No Kings Music tracks are described in the FAQ as not currently registered in YouTube Content ID. If a claim occurs, collect its claimant and asset details and follow the copyright-claim guidance.

Link to this answer
Why did Twitch mute part of my stream or recording?Automated platform systems can act even when you have a valid licence.

Review the muted segment and platform notice, keep the stream URL and licence proof, and use Twitch’s appeal process where appropriate. A platform decision does not automatically mean No Kings Music made the claim.

Link to this answer
Can I leave music in an archived livestream or VOD?Yes, when the original livestream was a covered project.

The recording may remain available after the event. Keep the licence record and do not republish the music as a standalone loop, radio stream or download.

Link to this answer
Can I use the music in television, streaming or on-demand programmes?Yes, synchronised use in a properly licensed programme is generally covered.

The broadcaster or distributor may request cue sheets, rights metadata, errors-and-omissions documentation or separate public-performance handling. Confirm its delivery requirements before final mastering.

Link to this answer
Can I use the music in cinema or film-festival screenings?Yes, a covered film may be screened and promoted.

Check whether the cinema, festival or distributor handles local public-performance obligations. Keep the licence evidence available for delivery and rights-clearance paperwork.

Link to this answer
Can I use the music on radio?Synchronised use in an advert, ident or produced programme may be covered.

Continuous music programming or broadcasting the track principally for listening is a different use. The station may also require cue sheets, reporting or collecting-society permissions.

Link to this answer
Can I use the music in an online course or e-learning product?Yes, as part of rendered lessons and promotional material.

Do not include the raw track in downloadable lesson resources, templates or student asset folders. If learners can export or reuse the music, seek written confirmation first.

Link to this answer
Can I use the music in a school or university project?Yes, student and institutional finished projects can be covered.

The person or institution using the track still needs a valid licence. Public screenings, broadcasts or commercial distribution can introduce additional venue or platform requirements.

Link to this answer
Can I use the music in a crowdfunding campaign?Yes, campaign videos and promotional posts are normal commercial uses.

The music may support Kickstarter, Indiegogo or similar campaign content. Do not offer the raw track as a backer reward or imply No Kings Music endorses the campaign.

Link to this answer
Can I use the music in a mobile, desktop or console game?Yes, when embedded in the compiled game as part of the finished product.

Take reasonable steps to prevent extraction and do not ship the source archive as a customer-accessible asset. Middleware, mod kits or creator tools that expose the track require separate review.

Link to this answer
Can I use the music in VR, AR or an interactive experience?Yes, when securely embedded in the finished experience.

The user may experience or trigger the music, but should not receive reusable source audio. Contact support for creator platforms, user-generated worlds or exportable templates.

Link to this answer
Can I use the music in a meditation, sleep or fitness app?It may be used in a wider guided or instructional experience.

If users are mainly paying to listen to the music, can isolate it, or can download it offline as a standalone track, the model needs separate approval. Explain narration, controls and file protection to support.

Link to this answer
Can I use the music in an audiobook?Yes, for intros, outros, transitions and background within a narrated work.

The narration should remain the principal product. Do not supply the music as a separate bonus file or market the release as an album of the licensed tracks.

Can I use the music in a podcast distributed on multiple services?Yes, the same covered episode can be sent to normal podcast platforms.

Spotify, Apple Podcasts and other directories may receive the finished episode. Music-only feeds, extended standalone tracks and distribution through music-release services are not covered by this answer.

Link to this answer
Can I use the music in digital signage or an exhibition?Yes, when it accompanies a wider visual, informational or interactive work.

Venue public-performance obligations may still apply. Do not use the licence to run a music-only in-store or exhibition playlist without checking separately.

Link to this answer
Can I use the music in a webinar or video conference?Yes, for a produced introduction, presentation or covered event stream.

Share the rendered session or presentation, not the source music file. Recordings may remain available under the same project licence.

Link to this answer
Can I use the music in a live theatre or dance production?Recorded synchronisation may be covered, while live public performance can need additional clearance.

Tell the venue or producer which recording will be used and check local performance-licensing requirements. Touring, broadcast or filmed versions should be documented separately.

Link to this answer
Can I use the music in a political campaign or advocacy video?Lawful campaign content may be covered, but it must not imply endorsement.

Political advertising and election rules vary significantly. The licensee is responsible for compliance, and No Kings Music’s permission to use a track does not indicate support for a candidate, party, policy or movement.

Link to this answer
Can I use the music in religious content?Lawful religious and non-religious productions are treated under the same standard rules.

Do not imply that No Kings Music endorses a belief, organisation or message. Keep the track within a wider finished project and comply with the destination platform’s policies.

Link to this answer
Can I use the music in content for children?Yes, lawful age-appropriate productions can be covered.

You remain responsible for child-safety, advertising, privacy and platform rules. The music licence does not clear performers, characters, brands or other third-party material.

Link to this answer
Can I deliver a finished advert or video to my client’s social account?Yes, a client may publish the finished project you created for them.

Keep the licence evidence and do not transfer the raw music for unrelated future use. If the client wants to edit or reuse the track independently, they should obtain their own licence.

Link to this answer
Can I attach the raw music file to an email, website or presentation download? No, not as a separately accessible asset.

Embed the music in the rendered video, presentation or webpage experience. Do not expose a direct file link or include the MP3, WAV or archive as a downloadable attachment.

Link to this answer
How does the monthly subscription work?It provides full-library access and unlimited downloads while the plan is active.

The monthly plan renews on its billing cycle until cancelled. A track downloaded while the subscription is active receives the applicable lifetime, non-exclusive licence, so it can continue to be used in covered projects after the subscription ends.

Check the Pricing page for the current monthly price.

Link to this answer
How does the yearly subscription work?It provides 12 months of access for one annual payment.

The yearly plan offers the same full-library access and unlimited downloads during the active term, billed annually. Tracks downloaded during that term retain the applicable lifetime, non-exclusive licence.

Check the Pricing page for the current annual price and saving.

Link to this answer
What does unlimited downloads mean? You may download the available library while your subscription is active.

The subscription is intended to let the account holder obtain music for their own covered projects without paying per track. It does not permit sharing the account, mirroring the catalogue, bulk redistribution or supplying a reusable library to other people.

Link to this answer
When does a subscription licence attach to a track? When you download that track through your account while the subscription is active.

Merely previewing, favouriting or viewing a track during the subscription is not enough. Download it while the plan is active so the site can record it against your account and make it available with your licence history.

Link to this answer
Can I keep using tracks after my subscription ends?Yes. Tracks downloaded while the plan was active remain licensed for covered use.

You may continue using those tracks in existing and new covered projects. You need an active subscription only to obtain additional subscription tracks.

Link to this answer
Can I re-download subscription tracks after cancelling?Previously recorded subscription downloads should remain available in My Account.

Sign in with the original account and open Downloads. The customer dashboard generates protected re-download links for tracks previously downloaded under the subscription. If an expected track is missing, contact support with the account email and track title.

Link to this answer
How do I cancel a subscription?Open My Account → Subscriptions and use the available management option.
  1. Sign in to the account that owns the plan.
  2. Open Subscriptions.
  3. Review the current plan and renewal date.
  4. Use the cancellation or management option if shown.

If the expected control is not available, contact support before the next billing date. Cancellation normally stops a future renewal rather than reversing a completed payment.

Link to this answer
What happens to access after I cancel?Your account should show the date until which subscription access remains available.

When cancellation is scheduled for the end of a paid billing period, the Subscriptions area displays an access-until date instead of a renewal date. Previously downloaded tracks retain their covered licence after access ends.

Link to this answer
Can I change from monthly to yearly, or yearly to monthly?Contact support before the next renewal so the safest change can be confirmed.

Do not purchase a second plan while another is active unless support instructs you to, because that can create overlapping subscriptions. Include your account email, current plan and preferred change in the request.

Link to this answer
How do I update the payment method for renewal?Add or update a saved method in My Account and check that the intended method is the default.

Open My Account → Payment Methods. Add the replacement method and make it the default where that option is available. If the subscription still shows the old method or a payment is already failing, contact support before retrying multiple times.

Link to this answer
What happens if a renewal payment fails? The subscription may become past due or lose access if payment cannot be recovered.

Check the payment-provider message, billing details and saved payment method. Avoid creating a second subscription while the first is unresolved. Contact support with the account email and any non-sensitive error message if the status does not recover.

Link to this answer
Can I share my subscription? No. The plan and its download history belong to the purchasing account.

Do not share login credentials or use one subscription to build libraries for unrelated people. Collaborators may receive source access only as needed to produce the account holder’s covered finished project, not for independent reuse.

Link to this answer
Can I subscribe again later?Yes. A returning customer can start a new plan when more library access is needed.

Use the same account so earlier orders, licences and downloads remain together. A new subscription does not invalidate licences for tracks properly downloaded under an earlier active term.

Link to this answer
When does subscription access start?Access normally starts after the initial subscription payment is confirmed.

Sign in and check My Account → Subscriptions. If payment completed but access is missing, do not buy the plan again; send the order or provider reference to support.

Link to this answer
When will my subscription renew? It renews on the date shown in the subscription record unless cancelled or otherwise stated.

Open My Account → Subscriptions to review the next payment date, status and amount. Provider processing and time zones can affect the exact transaction time.

Link to this answer
Can I pause a subscription?A pause option is not guaranteed.

Check the available actions in My Account. If pause is unavailable, cancel future renewal and subscribe again when needed; confirm the effect on pricing and access before acting.

Link to this answer
Are there download limits or fair-use rules? The plan advertises unlimited downloads while active, subject to genuine personal or organisational use.

Unlimited does not permit scraping, automated bulk extraction, credential sharing, mirroring the catalogue or building a competing library. Download tracks you reasonably intend to evaluate or use.

Link to this answer
What if a track is removed after I downloaded it?Keep your properly obtained file and licence evidence.

A catalogue removal does not by itself erase a valid licence already granted under the applicable terms. Re-download availability is not guaranteed, so maintain a secure backup.

Link to this answer
Can a discount code be applied to a renewal?Only when the coupon terms and checkout support it.

Some promotions apply only to a first payment, named plan or limited period. Review the coupon conditions and the total shown before placing the subscription order.

Link to this answer
Can a subscription renewal be refunded?Renewals are digital subscription transactions and are normally subject to the published final-sale policy.

Cancel before the next billing date if you do not want renewal. Contact support promptly about a duplicate, unauthorised or legally protected transaction, but do not assume a refund is automatic.

Link to this answer
Will my subscription price ever change?Pricing can change, subject to the applicable terms and any required notice.

Review renewal communications and the amount shown in My Account. Promotional or legacy pricing is not guaranteed indefinitely unless the offer explicitly says so.

Link to this answer
Which payment methods can I use?Available card, Stripe, PayPal and express options are shown at checkout.

Payment methods can vary by device, country, currency and provider availability. Complete the billing details first, then choose from the methods actually presented on the checkout page.

No Kings Music should never ask you to send complete card details by email or a support form.

Link to this answer
When will my download be available?Access is normally granted after the payment is accepted.

Once checkout confirms payment, open My Account → Downloads. If the order is still pending, on hold or failed, do not repeatedly place the same order; first check the payment-provider message and Order History.

Link to this answer
Where can I see my orders?Open My Account → Order History.

Order History displays order numbers, dates, statuses and totals. Open an order to review its details. Completed downloadable purchases also feed the Downloads and Licences sections of the account.

Link to this answer
What do the order statuses mean? The status shows whether checkout is complete or still needs attention.
  • Pending payment: the order exists but payment has not been confirmed.
  • Processing: payment may be received while WooCommerce completes its workflow.
  • Completed: the order is finished and downloads should be available.
  • On hold: the order needs confirmation or review.
  • Failed: payment did not complete.
  • Cancelled or refunded: the order is no longer proceeding in its original form.
Link to this answer
I was charged but my order is not completeCheck whether the charge is pending, then contact support before ordering again.

A bank can display a temporary authorisation even when checkout did not complete. Save the order number, amount, time and payment-provider reference, but hide complete card details. Contact support so the order and provider record can be compared without creating a duplicate purchase.

Link to this answer
What should I do about a duplicate charge or duplicate order?Do not use or download both copies; send both references to support.

Provide the account email, both order numbers or provider references, amounts and approximate times. Support can verify whether there are two completed payments or one payment plus a temporary authorisation.

Link to this answer
Why did my payment fail?Common causes include incorrect details, bank declines, authentication or provider interruptions.

Check the billing address, available funds and any approval request from the bank or payment app. Try again only after the first attempt clearly shows as failed. If several methods fail, capture the non-sensitive error wording and contact the payment provider or No Kings Music support.

Link to this answer
Where is my confirmation email?Check spam and confirm that your account email is correct; the order is also visible in My Account.

Email delivery can be delayed or filtered. Search for “No Kings Music” and the order number, and check junk or promotions folders. Your account’s Order History is the more reliable place to confirm the current status.

Link to this answer
Do you offer refunds?Completed digital purchases and subscriptions are normally final, except where the law requires otherwise.

Music files and licences are supplied digitally with immediate access, so the published policy states that completed sales are final. Contact support about a duplicate or incorrect charge, a demonstrably defective file, or any statutory right that may apply to your circumstances.

Do not start a chargeback without first giving support the opportunity to investigate.

Link to this answer
I bought the wrong track—can it be exchanged?Digital purchases are normally final, so preview and confirm the title before paying.

Do not download or use the mistaken track if you intend to ask for help. Contact support promptly with the order number and the track you intended to purchase. An exchange is not guaranteed and any rights required by law remain unaffected.

Link to this answer
How are taxes, conversion fees or bank charges handled?Review the final checkout total and ask your payment provider about its own fees.

Any tax the store is required to collect should be reflected during checkout. A card issuer or PayPal may separately apply currency conversion, international transaction or other account-specific fees that No Kings Music does not control.

Link to this answer
How do I use a coupon or discount code?Enter a valid code in the cart or checkout field before paying.

Check spelling, dates, eligible products, minimum spend and whether the code is limited to new customers. The checkout total must show the discount before you place the order.

Link to this answer
Can I get an invoice or receipt?Use the order confirmation and order details available through My Account.

Enter correct billing information before purchase. If a required business field or invoice document is missing, contact support with the order number and the non-sensitive details that need review.

Link to this answer
Can I correct the billing address on a completed order?Historical transaction details may not be freely editable.

Update your account for future orders and contact support about a genuine error on an existing record. Changes cannot be used to misrepresent who purchased or received the licence.

Link to this answer
I used the wrong email address at checkout—what should I do?Contact support with the order number and evidence of payment.

Do not publish payment details or place a duplicate order. Support can verify the transaction and explain whether the order or account email can be corrected.

Link to this answer
Are payments secure?Checkout should use the site’s payment providers rather than collecting complete card details through support.

Confirm the address and secure connection before paying. Never email a password, full card number or security code, and contact the provider immediately if you suspect unauthorised activity.

Link to this answer
Does No Kings Music store my full card number?Saved payment methods are normally represented by provider-managed tokens rather than exposed full card details.

The payment provider controls sensitive processing. My Account may display a brand and last digits so you can identify a method; the Privacy Policy explains the site’s data handling.

Link to this answer
Can I buy a track as a gift?Do not assume a normal account purchase transfers the licence to another person.

Contact support before ordering with the intended recipient and delivery arrangement. Simply forwarding the download or your account credentials is not a valid gift or licence transfer.

Link to this answer
Do you accept purchase orders, bank transfers or bulk licensing? These methods are not guaranteed through standard checkout.

Businesses needing procurement paperwork, high-volume licensing or a non-standard payment method should contact support before the deadline. No arrangement exists until confirmed in writing.

Link to this answer
Where can I download a purchased track?Sign in and open My Account → Downloads.
  1. Sign in with the email used at checkout.
  2. Open My Account.
  3. Select Downloads.
  4. Choose Download beside the track.

The link is protected, so forwarding it to somebody else may not work and is not a substitute for their own licence.

Link to this answer
What file do I receive? Each current track download is supplied as a RAR archive containing MP3 and WAV versions.

The RAR archive keeps the production files together and reduces the chance of a browser mishandling individual audio files. Extract the archive first; inside you should find an MP3 for convenient use and a WAV file for full-quality production work.

Link to this answer
How do I open a RAR file?Save it to your device, then extract it with a trusted archive utility.
  1. Wait for the entire .rar file to finish downloading.
  2. Open it with your operating system’s supported extractor or a reputable archive application.
  3. Choose an extract destination with enough free space.
  4. Open the extracted MP3 or WAV file rather than trying to play the RAR itself.

On a managed work device, you may need your administrator to approve archive software.

Link to this answer
Should I use the MP3 or WAV file?Use WAV for maximum production quality and MP3 when size and convenience matter more.

WAV is normally preferable for professional editing, mixing and repeated exports because it is uncompressed. MP3 is smaller and useful for quick previews, drafts and workflows that specifically request it. Export your final project in the format required by its destination.

Link to this answer
A purchased track is missing from DownloadsConfirm the order completed and that you are signed into the correct account.
  1. Open Order History and check the order status.
  2. Confirm the account email matches the one used at checkout.
  3. Refresh the Downloads section or sign out and back in.
  4. If it is still absent, contact support with the order number and track title.
Link to this answer
My download is incomplete or the archive is damagedDelete the partial file and download it again over a stable connection.

Compare the new file size with the first attempt, check available storage and avoid opening it before the download completes. A proxy, security extension or unstable connection can truncate a large file. If repeated downloads fail, send support the track title, device, browser and exact extraction error.

Link to this answer
The download link says it is invalid, expired or forbiddenSign in again and start from My Account rather than an old copied link.

Protected download URLs can depend on the current account and request. Open a fresh link from My Account → Downloads. If access still fails, provide support with the order number, track title and full error wording—but do not publish the protected URL.

Link to this answer
Can I download directly to a phone or tablet?Usually, but the device must have enough storage and be able to extract RAR archives.

Mobile browsers may save the file in a Downloads or Files location rather than opening it. Use a trusted archive app if the device cannot extract RAR files natively. For large WAV files and video-editing workflows, a desktop computer may be easier.

Link to this answer
Can I store a backup of my downloaded music?Yes. Keep a secure personal backup with the associated licence evidence.

A backup helps protect your project workflow, but it must not become a shared public folder or reusable library for unlicensed people. Store the order or subscription record alongside the track so you can identify how it was licensed.

Link to this answer
Where did my browser save the download?Check the browser’s Downloads list and the device’s Downloads folder.

Mobile devices may place it in Files or a provider-specific folder. Search for the track title or a recent .rar file, and avoid downloading repeatedly until you check available storage.

Link to this answer
How many times can I download a file?Use the fresh link shown in My Account and keep your own secure backup.

Technical or account limits may apply and permanent re-download availability is not guaranteed. Contact support if a valid purchase is blocked rather than sharing or guessing protected URLs.

Link to this answer
What sample rate, bit depth or bitrate are the files?Technical specifications can vary by track and supplied format.

Inspect the extracted WAV or MP3 in your audio editor or operating-system file information. If a production requires an exact specification, confirm it before purchase.

Link to this answer
Can I request FLAC, AIFF or another audio format?Alternative formats are not included unless listed.

You may convert a properly licensed WAV for your own production workflow, provided that does not create a redistributed music product. Contact support if a broadcaster or system has a mandatory delivery specification.

Link to this answer
Why does security software warn about the archive?Confirm the file came from My Account and scan it with current trusted security software.

Archive files can trigger generic browser or antivirus warnings. Do not bypass a specific malware detection; record the warning, file name and track title and send them to support.

Link to this answer
Can I import a download directly into cloud editing software?Extract the archive first, then upload the MP3 or WAV supported by the editor.

Do not upload the raw track to a public template, shared asset marketplace or AI-training feature. Check the service’s privacy and reuse terms before giving it access to production audio.

Link to this answer
How do I create an account?Use the Register page or the account-creation option presented during checkout.

Enter an email address you can access and choose a strong, unique password. Use accurate billing details when purchasing. After registration, the same account will hold your orders, downloads, licences, subscription and saved payment methods.

Link to this answer
How do I reset a forgotten password?Use the lost-password link on the sign-in page.
  1. Enter the email address attached to the account.
  2. Open the newest password-reset email.
  3. Follow the link and choose a strong, unique password.

Check spam if the message does not arrive. Never send your password to support.

Link to this answer
What can I manage in My Account?Downloads, orders, licences, subscriptions, payment methods, profile and security.

The dashboard brings your customer records together. Its sections include Downloads, Order History, Licences, Subscriptions, Payment Methods, Edit Profile, Security and support links.

Link to this answer
Where can I find my licence record?Open My Account → Licences.

The Licences section derives a reference from the order and product attached to each downloadable track. Keep that reference, the order confirmation and the track title with your project records. The Terms of Service remain the governing document.

Link to this answer
Can purchases be moved to another account?Account changes are not automatic; contact support with evidence of both accounts.

Do not create duplicate orders to solve an email or account mistake. Explain what happened and provide the order number, original account email and intended account email. Support will confirm what is technically and legally possible without exposing another customer’s information.

Link to this answer
How do I change my email, name or billing details?Use Edit Profile or the relevant account and checkout fields.

Sign in and open Edit Profile to update available account details. Changing an email may require the new address to be unique. Historical order details can remain as they were when the order was placed.

Link to this answer
How do I manage saved payment methods?Open My Account → Payment Methods.

You can add a supported method, make a method the default where available, or remove an eligible saved token. A provider may prevent removal when a method is still required for an active subscription; contact support if the intended change is unavailable.

Link to this answer
How do I request access to, correction of or deletion of my personal data?Contact No Kings Music with the account email and the privacy request.

The Privacy Policy explains the available data rights. Use the Contact Us page and state whether you are requesting access, correction, portability or deletion. Identity verification may be required, and some transaction records may need to be retained for legal or accounting reasons.

Link to this answer
How can I keep my account secure?Use a unique password, protect your email account and sign out on shared devices.
  • Do not reuse a password from another service.
  • Do not share login or payment details.
  • Ignore messages asking for a password or complete card number.
  • Use the official password-reset process rather than links from suspicious messages.
  • Contact support promptly if account information changes unexpectedly.
Link to this answer
Can I have more than one account?Avoid duplicate accounts because orders, downloads and subscriptions will be split.

Use one stable email where possible. If duplicates already exist, contact support with both addresses and order numbers; a merge or transfer is not guaranteed.

Link to this answer
Can I share my account login? No; keep credentials private and control access to licensed files.

Sharing a login creates security, billing and licensing risks. Authorised collaborators should receive only the access needed for a covered project, not the customer password.

Link to this answer
How do I close my account?Send an account-closure or deletion request through Contact Us.

Cancel active renewals first and back up valid downloads and licence records. Legal, fraud-prevention or accounting obligations can require retention of some transaction information even after account access is closed.

Link to this answer
What should I do if I think my account was compromised?Reset the password, secure the email account and contact support immediately.

Review orders, profile details, subscriptions and saved methods for unexpected changes. Contact the payment provider about unauthorised transactions and never send support your password or full card details.

Link to this answer
How do I stop or change marketing emails?Use the unsubscribe or preference link in the message where available.

Transactional emails about orders, security and subscriptions can still be necessary even when marketing is disabled. Contact support if an unsubscribe request is not taking effect.

Audio previews are not playingCheck volume, browser permissions, the selected output device and blocking extensions.
  1. Confirm the browser tab and device are not muted.
  2. Allow audio for the site and press play again.
  3. Reload the page or try a private window.
  4. Temporarily disable content-blocking extensions for the site.
  5. Try another current browser or network.

If one track fails while others play, send support its title and page URL.

The player starts but stops or skipsCheck the network connection and remove browser or power-saving interference.

Streaming previews can pause when a connection changes, a mobile browser suspends the tab or a privacy tool blocks media requests. Reload the page, keep the tab active and try without a VPN or blocking extension. Report whether the problem affects one track or every track.

Search or filters show no tracksClear filters and retry with fewer, broader words.

A combination of filters can remove every result even when each filter works on its own. Reset the catalogue, search one key mood or genre, then add constraints gradually. Check spelling and try a related word if the exact phrase is not in the track metadata.

The cart or checkout is not updatingRefresh once, then rule out stale cache, blocked cookies and browser extensions.

Use a private window, allow essential cookies and avoid opening the same cart in several tabs. If payment may already have been submitted, check Order History before trying again. Include the device, browser, steps and exact error in a support request.

I cannot sign in even after resetting my passwordConfirm the account email, use the newest reset link and remove saved-password interference.

Type the new password rather than accepting an old browser autofill entry. Check for accidental spaces and make sure you are using the same email as the order. If the account remains inaccessible, contact support without sending the password.

My subscription is active but subscriber access is missingSign out and back in, then compare the subscription status and account email.

Open My Account → Subscriptions and check the status and access date. If payment completed but the plan is absent or past due incorrectly, contact support with the account email and payment or order reference. Do not buy a second plan while the first is being checked.

The downloaded audio will not play in my editorExtract the RAR archive first and import the MP3 or WAV file it contains.

Most audio and video editors cannot import a RAR archive directly. Extract it, then import the WAV or MP3. If one format is unsupported, try the other and confirm that the original download completed without an archive error.

Link to this answer
The site looks broken or unstyledTry a hard refresh or private window, then report the affected page if it persists.

A stale browser or CDN cache can briefly combine an older page with newer assets. Reload without cache, disable cosmetic browser extensions for the site and test another browser. Send support the page URL, screenshot, device and browser version if the layout remains broken.

Link to this answer
What should I include in a support request?Provide enough detail to reproduce or verify the problem without exposing sensitive data.
  • Account email and order number when relevant.
  • Track title and page URL.
  • Exact error wording and the time it happened.
  • Device, operating system and browser.
  • Steps already tried.
  • A screenshot with private details hidden.

For licensing, describe the project, audience, distribution, monetisation and whether it is client work.

Link to this answer
What information should I never send to support?Never send passwords, complete card numbers, card security codes or private download links.

Support may ask for an order number, account email, provider reference or screenshot with sensitive fields hidden. A legitimate support conversation does not require your password or full payment credentials.

Link to this answer
Which browsers and devices are supported?Use a current mainstream browser with JavaScript, cookies and media playback enabled.

Older browsers, aggressive privacy extensions and managed devices can block account, player or checkout functions. Test the latest Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari before reporting a site-wide fault.

Link to this answer
How do I clear stale site data without losing everything?Start with a private window or hard refresh before clearing all browser data.

If the problem persists, remove cookies and cached files for No Kings Music only, then sign in again. Clearing site data can empty a local cart or sign you out, but should not delete completed orders from the account.

Link to this answer
How do I report a security or privacy problem?Use Contact Us and clearly mark the report as security or privacy related.

Describe the affected page, time, browser and impact without accessing other users’ data or publishing sensitive details. For an account incident, include the account email but never a password or complete payment credentials.

Link to this answer
Is there a service-status page?A dedicated public status page is not guaranteed.

If several pages or account functions fail, check your connection and try another network or browser, then contact support with the time and affected URLs. Avoid repeated payments or downloads during a suspected outage.

How can I get accessibility help?Contact support if a site control, document or purchasing step is not accessible to you.

Include the page, task, assistive technology, browser and barrier encountered. Support can provide guidance or an alternative way to obtain the relevant information where reasonably possible.
